(“DXwand”), a startup based in Cairo and Dubai developing conversational AI solutions for MENA businesses and their customers, in connection with its US $4 million Series A funding. This Series A round was led by Shorooq Partners and Algebra Ventures, with support from teams at Dubai Future District Fund, SOS Ventures, and Tech Buzz China. Partner Greg Pilarowski led the Pillar Legal team and was assisted by associates Lu Yue and Alexandra Ashbrook from Pillar Legal’s San Francisco Bay Area office.
